Refunds & returns

If there is a problem with your order or you aren’t entirely happy with the products as-delivered please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing us at sales@raydalepreserves.co.uk. If you know your order number and/or the name and email address attached to the order that information will help us to quickly locate your order in our records. Products received more than 30 days ago or that have been opened cannot be returned and aren’t eligible for a refund unless faulty or not as described.

Order delivery

We can deliver to most postal areas within the UK, however there may be times when courier availability restricts our service to particular locations. We also reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been damaged in transit please contact us at sales@raydalepreserves.co.uk for assistance.

Product information

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Although every best effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this website’s content we cannot guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions. To the extent permitted by law Raydale Preserves assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this website.

Restrictions of sale

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Unless otherwise stated all rights are reserved and nothing in these terms grants you a right or licence to use the intellectual property owned or controlled by Raydale Preserves or any other third party.
